Spring into Sexy

I have been cleansing now for 15 days. I fasted for three days and for the other 12 days I ate one simple clean meal every day with replacement shakes for breakfast and dinner. I have no idea if I’ve lost any weight, because I don’t own a scale, but I can tell you this is the best and clearest I’ve felt in a very long time.

I’ve never been a big faster or cleanser, Ive done the master cleanse for about a week a couple of times, but I think it’s been a good eight years since I’ve done a cleanse, so it was time! This was certainly a big deal for me, as I always had a good excuse as to why NOW is never the right time to do a cleanse. I think everyone has valid excuses for not doing a cleanse. Oh my does It takes a lot of discipline, being hungry is hard, no coffee sucks, being grumpy is hard, no alcohol is totally hard, especially if you like drinking wine almost every night lol! And it seems every time you do a cleanse you get invited to a really great dinner party or something that is totally lame to turn down.

Cleansing is not for the faint of heart so lots of people don’t do it! I hear a lot of stories where people try if for a day, then the next day they stop because they have a splitting headache. That means your toxic people, keep going!! Is what I’d like to say, but I keep my mouth shut. I’d say the larger majority of people are toxic. From the hormones and antibiotics in meet to processed food, empty carbohydrates, gluten and of course sugar! Our bodies are screaming for a cleanse. There is so much garbage we eat and poison our body with. I am guilty too! I love cheese, sugar , almost every kind of bread, obviously wine and I consume way too much of them!

I know this kid sounds cliché, but it’s true, our body is our temple, and if we don’t keep the temple clean, the temple is going to crash! It’s so crazy to think that people are more concerned about their cars then their own well being. There are so many things ass backwards, but The food and drug administration is definitely one that is on the top of my list. There is always wrong information that they are putting out and what they allow in our food just blows my mind. I could go on for ever about the food and drug administration, but anyhow….

Back to my point! I FEEL faaaantastic and I am going to keep going for another week. Cleansing and fasting is something I want to building into my monthly health routine. My health is numero uno! It’s time to eat cleaner and wiser!

Food holds energy. Crappy processed food makes our bodies work harder and it takes away precious energy that helps us think clearer and accomplish more. The cleaner you eat the clearer your mind, and the higher your vibration. The way you fuel your body deeply affects the way you feel and behave.

I can’t tell anyone what to do, but I must say this is pretty incredible and I am loving it. My eyes are clearer, my body is lighter, and my heart feels more open.

Purifying, nourishing and strengthening the physical body provides a new space to create anything you want! I truly feel emotional issues are releasing as well as some of my fears and limitations.

This is just the next step in my spiritual journey and it’s about time I am clearing out old energy patterns and learning to have more discipline with my health and wellness.

Maybe a cleanse might not be right for you, but I highly recommend looking into it! I think it can absolutely you spring into sexy!
